Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:  

The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.

 Duties will include:

• Welcoming clients and handling general enquiries in person and over the phone
• Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks
• Updating property listings and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating appointments and managing diaries
• Ensuring the office remains presentable and professional at all times

Skills required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
• Previous customer service or property experience is desirable but not essential
