What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day

As a Provisioning Desk Coordinator, you will be instrumental in enabling customer orders by providing customer focused, administrative and project support to make sure our clients successfully acquire and activate the products they need.

This varied role will see you will manage orders for a wide range of products for some of our biggest clients, from the moment it enters the queue to completion.

Key Tasks Include

• Managing and placing orders via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner using standard processes and systems
• Checking emails and systems to manage the order workflow
• Frequent liaison with customer fulfilment, project managers, customers, suppliers and engineers
• Managing incoming calls and written correspondence from customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
• Troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring all relevant customer documents are received and saved on internal systems
• As you progress, coordinating more complex projects, joining project calls and potentially presenting on project calls

What You’ll Need

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Able to work at pace, to be proactive and deliver against deadlines
• Customer orientated with an organised and logical approach to fulfilling requirements
• A real team player who loves to collaborate
• Good listener and communicator, able to deal with people of all levels and varying technical capability
• Logical, organised and methodical with a project mindset
• Strive for perfection and adopt a ‘right first time’ approach
• Telecoms knowledge is desirable but NOT essential
• This role is hybrid, so you’ll be able to work in our Glasgow office three days per week.
