Role Description

Nao Now is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to guide prospective families through the enrollment process.In this role, you will lead trial consultations, understand each child’s needs, and recommend the most suitable learning plan. You will play a key role in helping families make informed decisions while contributing to company growth. Success in this position means building trust with families, maintaining consistent follow-up, and achieving strong conversion outcomes through clear, professional communication.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct live trial consultations with prospective students and parents
• Clearly explain Nao Now’s programs, teaching approach, and value
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each child’s goals and needs
• Recommend appropriate learning plans based on those needs
• Follow up with families in a timely and organized manner
• Accurately track trial outcomes, conversions, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey and sales process

What We’re Looking For

Skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and guide conversations with parents
• Organized with strong follow-through on leads and tasks
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement

Experience

• Experience in sales, customer success, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Experience in education, EdTech, or online platforms is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Expectations

• Base salary plus performance-based commission
• Clear performance metrics and training provided during onboarding
• This role involves conducting multiple trial consultations per day and consistent follow-up with prospective families

Work Structure (Independent Contractor)

This is an independent contractor position, not a full-time employee role.

This means:

• You will work on a contract basis rather than as a salaried employee
• You are responsible for managing your own schedule within agreed availability
• You will be responsible for your own taxes and compliance with local regulations
• Benefits typically associated with full-time employment (such as health insurance or paid time off) are not included
