This includes private healthcare for all UK-based employees, enhanced maternity and adoption pay and support when you return to work, and a contributory pension scheme with a generous employer contribution.In This Role You’ll Deliver a range of hands-on technical tasks, team collaborations, and regular communications with various stakeholders Support with the ingestion of vast sets of data into the Google Cloud Platform Work closely with senior data engineers to ensure data is sourced, cleansed, and integrated accurately, ensuring the foundation of our analytics is robust Support the rollout and adoption of tools like Google Gemini, Looker Core, Prophecy and Databricks Assist in maintaining the visibility of our data pipelines, ensuring they are monitored, and any issues are communicated promptly Provide regular updates to both technical and non-technical teams To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Strong data analytics experiences and analytical reasoning skills Programming language skills (Python, SQL, Scala, Spark) Strong Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, Designing efficient data pipeline Google Cloud Platform experience with BigQuery, DataFlow, DataProc, Data Catalog, Cloud Composer, and Alteryx An ability to integrate data from multiple sources using APIs, third party tools, or custom connectors Proficiency with Git for version control Ability to collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineering using tools like JIRA, Confluence and understanding of DevOps Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management experience Opening up a world of opportunity.
