Sales Specialist – Orthopedics (UK or Netherlands Based) Full Time NEW

Position Summary:

Essential Functions:

• Increase revenue and market penetration for all products within your territory while developing relationships with key customers in orthopaedics and trauma.
• Communicate the benefits of Globus’ specialised orthopaedic products by carrying out key marketing activities, such as peer-to-peer events for orthopaedic surgeons and surgeon observerships, showcasing the value of our technologies.
• Execute the sales plan and diligently prepare monthly and quarterly updates as part of the planning and review process.
• Represent Globus as an industry leader by developing clinical expertise across all specialised orthopaedic products, securing your role as a sales expert within an elite sales team.
• Support surgical cases with the objective of delivering the highest level of value to surgeons and patients.
• Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
• Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
• Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus two to three years of medical device experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous orthopaedics/trauma experience is advantageous.
• Proficient and accurate use of word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charts, flowcharts and diagrams. Competent use of the internet.
• Ability to solve problems, interpret data, gather facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or graphical form and deal with multiple abstract and/or concrete variables.
• Valid state driver’s licence required.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex matters while managing multiple tasks.
