RXR Media is a direct mail marketing agency that generates inbound leads for home service companies — tree service, HVAC, lawn care, roofing. We design, print, target, and mail EDDM flyer campaigns. Clients pay, their phone rings. We’re doing $300K+/month with 300+ clients served.

The Role

This is a remote sales role. You’ll be on the phone all day — cold calls, warm follow-ups, booked calls, whatever it takes. There is no set number of calls per day. Some days it’s 80. Some days it’s 120. New reps start on cold outbound. The warmest leads go to the reps who prove they can close.

We fired our last round of hires because they didn’t put in the work. If you’re looking to collect a base salary and coast, do not apply.

What You’ll Do

• Cold call and warm call home service business owners all day long
• Close EDDM flyer campaign deals over the phone
• Manage your pipeline and follow-up cadence in GoHighLevel
• Build a book of recurring clients that pays you every month

Compensation

• Up to $2,000/mo base salary
• 5% commission on every sale
• 1.5% recurring commission on all retained client revenue (this pays you every month for clients you’ve already closed — you don’t need to do anything)
• OTE: $5,000–$10,000+/mo — the ceiling grows every month as your book builds

Who You Are

• Comfortable making 80-120+ calls per day without being told to
• You’ve worked in outbound sales before — cold calling isn’t new to you
• Self-starter who treats this like their own business
• Strong on the phone — this is a calling role, not an email role
• You see the recurring commission and understand this is a long-term play, not a quick paycheck
• Fluent English required — open to applicants worldwide
