Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Operations Director to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. Sitting at the intersection of sales strategy, technology, and analytics, you will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing the systems that drive predictable revenue growth.
You will replace manual processes with intelligent automation, deploy AI-driven sales tools where required, and provide actionable, predictive insights to sales leadership. The ideal candidate is a “player-coach” who can define high-level revenue strategy, dive into complex datasets while designing long-term GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies while ensuring that the process are optimized for efficiency
This position will manage a team and will support the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Sales team as part of the broader Revenue Operations team. The role will lead and execute sales reporting, data analytics and insights, territory management, master data management and other revenue operations activities in support of field, channel, key account and/or management for sales teams in EMEA. The candidate will need to work with geo sales management and reps to ensure timely and appropriate information sharing, reporting and management of daily processes to enhance sales results and customer experience in addition to improving operational efficiency
In order to be successful, the candidate needs to possess a strong analytical background, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills are also essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively within the team and collaborate effectively across various departments across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Services organizations.
About the Team:
Manage 1-2 analysts and reports to the VP, Revenue Operations APAC & EMEA and is part of APAC & EMEA and Global Revenue Operations team.
