Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent)

Salary: £26,500+ OTE + Profit share after successful completion of probation: £2500.00 OTE

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Mon-Fri pm and alternative Sat (with a weekday in lieu)

Must have full Uk driving licence and own transport

My client is looking for a confident, friendly and personable individual to join their branch in Tunbridge Wells that has a good knowledge of the area, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a team that strives to deliver outstanding service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with incoming emails and phone calls.
• Booking and conducting property viewings.
• Registering new clients and updating their details on the CRM system.
• Following up on viewings.
• Generating new mortgage appointments.
• Diary management and general administration.
• Liasing with vendors and purchasers.

• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Background within property sales or a genuine passion to get into the industry.

• Good IT skills and able to pick up new systems quickly.
