Sage Associates is growing its Birmingham operation and is seeking highly motivated individuals looking to establish a long-term career in sales and leadership.
This is a results-driven opportunity, not a standard role. You’ll gain hands-on commercial experience, work on live campaigns, and receive structured training and mentorship designed to fast-track your progression into management.

The Role
From day one, you will represent well-established UK brands in a customer-facing environment, building the core skills required for success in sales and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering professional and confident communication with customers
* Building strong, face-to-face client relationships
* Contributing to individual and team performance targets
* Supporting the delivery of active marketing campaigns
This is a fast-paced, performance-led role where progression is directly linked to results and consistency. High performers will quickly advance into client management and leadership positions.
