We’re looking for 2 hungry, results-driven sales interns to join our outbound team and book high-converting appointments in the UK healthcare space. This is a performance-based internship — you won’t be closing deals. Your job is to get decision-makers on the phone and convert cold calls into booked meetings at a high rate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Cold calling UK healthcare staffing agencies and care providers
• Speaking directly with founders, owners, and senior decision-makers
• Identifying agencies with cashflow pressure (unpaid NHS invoices, aged debt)
• Converting conversations into qualified, booked appointments at a high rate
• Refining your pitch daily to increase your conversion ratio
What We’re Offering:
• £50–£100 per qualified appointment (that shows up)
• 5–10% commission on closed deals
• Realistic earnings: 5–10 calls/week = £250–£1,000 + upside from deals (£500–£1,000+ per deal)
• Real sales training in a live environment — not a classroom
• Performance-based: if you convert, you earn. No ceiling.
What We’re Looking For:
• Confident and comfortable making 40–60 cold calls per day
• Focused on conversion rate — not just volume
• Resilient — rejection doesn’t faze you, it fuels you
• Clear, natural communicator (no robotic scripts)
• Cold calling or telesales experience preferred — but hunger matters more
• High coachability — you take feedback and apply it immediately
Important:
• Commission-only — no base salary. You eat what you kill.
• You must have your own equipment (laptop, phone, internet) for the first 30 days
• You’ll be working with a clear script + targeted lead data
