Sales Consultant – UK Based Full Time

We’re growing, and we need someone who can pick up the phone, follow a clear structure, and still sound like a real person while doing it. You’ll be speaking to home buyers mid-purchase, helping them understand their property survey options and guiding them to the right decision.

Anyone can follow a process – not everyone can close!

What you’ll be doing

• Calling buyers directly – you take control of the conversation and the outcome
• Guiding them through property survey options in a way that actually makes sense
• Helping them choose the one that fits best
• Following up properly, not just “I’ll try again next week” energy
• Owning your pipeline and keeping things moving
• Working with the wider team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Closing the sale – clearly, confidently, and without hesitation
• Smashing those sales targets

The detail

• Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required (it’s real estate!)
• Full-time, permanent, office-based role
• GCSE (or equivalent required)
• At least a year’s experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we’re hiring for output, not just experience!
