Order Processor Full Time NEW

We are a growing company specialising in windows, doors, and living space solutions, and we’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Order Processor to join our team.

This is a key role within the business. Accuracy is critical small mistakes can lead to costly delays so we are looking for someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time.

The Role

You will be responsible for processing customer orders from point of sale through to production, ensuring all specifications are accurate, complete, and aligned with survey and pricing information.

This includes:

• Reviewing and processing orders for windows, doors, and living space products
• Cross-checking survey details, specifications, and pricing
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies before orders are released
• Liaising with surveyors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Managing multiple orders and prioritising urgent requirements
• Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers where required

• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy

• Confident working with systems, spreadsheets, and order platforms
• Takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution

Experience in the windows/doors industry is preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate the right approach and willingness to learn.

Assessment Process
