Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Carrowdore for a Sales and Service Specialist. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, engaging with clients to identify their needs, and offering tailored sales solutions. The individual will also participate in the promotion and coordination of training services, assist with sales management tasks, and effectively communicate with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to clearly articulate training offerings and provide excellent support to clients.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Experience in Training and delivering tailored solutions to customers’ unique needs is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the diving or marine training industry is advantageous but not required.
