We work with schools in areas including Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton, Openshaw, Gorton, and Newton Heath-each offering unique environments, but all sharing a commitment to inclusion, pupil progress, and supportive staff cultures. These schools value ECTs and provide strong foundations through mentoring, collaboration, and clear development pathways.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging and structured lessons across the primary curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
• Working closely with school staff to support pupil development
• Building your teaching practice through hands-on experience

We’re Looking For

• Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to supporting all learners
