Job Summary:

The Position holder is responsible for Logistic movement functions as Resource Coordinator. The position reports to the Operational Planning Resource Lead,

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, efficiently multitask, work well in teams and in fast paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide administrative support to Resource Coordinators.
• Develop extensive relationships with Logistic department to enable all records to be updated.
• Perform administrative tasks related to import/export and interlocation shipments, including physical and system-based.
• Extensive follow up on shipment in and out of UK and Europe to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications:

• Currenly pursuing MSc or in last year of BSc in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of specific systems –Microsoft office (mainly Excel and Words)
• Organized, Adaptable to change, fast learner, flexible with time and great communication skills
