Role Description

This is a full-time Remote Service Advisor role. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing aftersales enquiries. This role also includes managing customer interactions, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining clear and professional communication. As a primary point of contact, the Service Advisor will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with customers and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and general Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues
• Experience or knowledge in Aftersales processes and support
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in the automotive retail or customer service industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with technology and data-driven decision-making is a plus
