Relationship Manager – Institutional – Investment Management – VP
Guideline £600 per day for 1 year, then permanent conversion.
A leading global investment management firm are searching for a Relationship Manager (VP), with deep institutional market experience, to start as soon as possible, on a contract to perm basis,, to work in a consultant relations RM role, both account managing and selling. This role would suit someone already doing this kind of role at an asset manager or at an investment consultancy.
The sectors this role focuses on are:
- UK and European DB and DC Pensions market
- Wealth Management
- Digital Banks
- Investment Industry and associated competitive landscape
Ideal profile:
- 5+ years’ relevant industry experience.
- A results orientated self-starter who can quickly analyse consultant needs and focus on commercial delivery
- Ability to network and develop long-term relationships with consultants and internal business partners
- Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships within the firm, both within the Consultant Relations team, and with a network of internal colleagues across the firm
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively.
- Collaborative individual who acts in the best of interest of the firm
- Proactive team player
- Technical knowledge and genuine interest or experience in the following sectors preferred: UK and European DB and DC Pensions market, Wealth Management, Digital Banks, and Investment Industry and associated competitive landscape.
- Deep knowledge of Institutional market
Education
- Investment Management Certificate and progression towards CFA or CAIA is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Investment markets that ideally spans all asset classes
