Relationship Manager – Affluent Banking Full Time NEW

Capital Bank of Jordan is looking for a Relationship Manager – Affluent Banking Segment to manage clients’ accounts and portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual set financial targets.
• Provide new and existing clients with a full suite of Capital Bank’s products and services ensuring up-selling and cross-selling.
• Manage clients’ portfolio ensuring profitability and growth.
• Client relationship management to identify and maximize new business opportunities, understand clients’ requirements, and needs.
• Ensure efficiency and superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
