This role owns the full deal lifecycle; from market development and stakeholder mapping through commercial structuring and close.You’ll work at the forefront of advanced technology adoption, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating complex, multi-party engagements into durable, long-term partnerships. This is a high-ownership role with meaningful influence on Reflection’s global expansion.What You’ll DoOwn Sovereign RevenueIdentify, qualify, and close high-value sovereign contractsLead complex, multi-party negotiations from initial engagement through signed agreementBuild the Regional StrategyDevelop and execute the go-to-market strategy Prioritize markets, accounts, and channels to drive durable revenue growthExecutive & Government EngagementBuild trusted relationships with senior government officials and strategic partnersRepresent Reflection in high-level commercial and diplomatic forumsOpportunity DevelopmentSource and shape new opportunities through RFP monitoring, geopolitical developments, and regional intelligencePartner cross-functionally (Legal, Product, Policy, Comms, Government Relations, Finance) to structure competitive, executable dealsMarket IntelligenceTrack regulatory shifts, competitive activity, and regional dynamicsTranslate insights into actionable commercial strategyWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Commercial Diplomacy, Government Sales, or equivalent sovereign-facing roles in Middle East & AfricaProven track record of closing complex, high-value government contractsExperience working directly with C-suite executives and senior government leadershipAbility to navigate long sales cycles, regulatory complexity, and multi-stakeholder environmentsStrong commercial judgment and comfort operating independently in ambiguous, high-stakes contextsWhat We OfferWe believe that to build superintelligence that is truly open, you need to start at the foundation.
