About the role:

This is a front of house role, where you will be required to become the central point of contact between Consultants, Nurses, and our Patients. The successful candidate will be a professional and committed individual with relevant experience working in a front-of-house capacity, ideally within a private clinic/hospital; however, we would consider applications from individuals that have experience and a passion for patient/customer care within sales, retail or hospitality.

Job Specification:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients, creating a positive first impression of the London Women’s Clinic.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and patient lounge environment throughout the day.
• Ensure all patient documentation and consent forms are completed accurately prior to procedures, with correct scanning and filing.
• Manage incoming calls and enquiries efficiently, booking appointments via internal systems and providing clear, timely information to patients.
• Process patient payments accurately, ensuring all charges are taken and recorded in line with clinic procedures, and support daily reconciliation with the Finance team.
• Act as a key point of contact for patients, offering support and guidance throughout their journey.
• Work closely with the Reception Manager and Operations Team to maintain high service standards and continuously improve processes.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience working with a client or patient database.
• Excellent telephone manners
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an administrative, support or front of house position.
• Invoice processing/cashiering experience
• Interest in fertility sector/healthcare

This is a Fixed Term 12 Month Maternity Cover position

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
