In this role, you will act as a trusted coordinator and problem-solver, supporting audits, managing key data, working closely with contractors and landlords and helping maintain the systems that underpin how we operate every day.Your work will directly support our Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) objectives and ensure our teams have safe, compliant and well-managed workplaces.What You’ll Be DoingHelp develop and maintain a robust, user-friendly online Integrated Management System (IMS)Act as the day-to-day custodian of the Integrated Management System, ensuring documentation integrity, version control and audit readinessAdminister the internal and external audit programme, ensuring timely completion and close-out of corrective actionsMonitor the quality and safety performance of contractors and suppliers, supporting continuous improvementCoordinate facilities compliance activities, ensuring statutory inspections, landlord obligations and contractor records are complete, current and auditableCollate and report key performance data, including OPEX and CAPEX costs for QSE and FacilitiesMaintain access to relevant regulatory and best-practice publicationsProvide essential administrative, budgetary and procurement support to the Quality & Facilities ManagerHandle sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality and appropriate security controlsRequirementsEssentialExperience supporting quality, compliance, facilities or regulated environmentsStrong document control and system administration skillsExperience coordinating audits, reviews or corrective actionsConfidence working with data, KPIs and recordsA strong communicator who can build positive relationships with internal teams, contractors and external partnersProactive, reliable and motivated by doing things the right wayDesirable Exposure to ISO-based management systemsExperience in rail or other safety-critical sectorsFacilities compliance coordination experienceBenefitsSo that you can thrive both in and out of work we offer the following on top of a competitive salary that rewards you for the value you bring:A meaningful role in a growing rail technology business with real industry impactExposure to quality, safety and facilities management at an enterprise levelA collaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunities to develop your skills and grow your career in a safety-critical sectorHybrid working27 days annual leave in addition to public holidays3 “privilege days” scheduled between Christmas/New Year Pension plan with matched contributions from 5%-8%Private Healthcare that covers you and your immediate dependents Group Income Protection cover Life Assurance Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption policies
