Creative Support’s Property Services Department is a busy and supportive team with a positive working culture. We are looking to recruit a Property Services Administrator to join our team, working from our offices in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a national not‑for‑profit housing provider.
The Property Services Administrator will have a varied role and contribute actively to the work of the wider Property Services Department, working closely with the Compliance Manager. Responsibilities will include raising purchase orders for cyclical and responsive works, tracking jobs raised through departmental helpdesks, following up on actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments, ordering surveys, organising access to properties and maintaining accurate records and property databases. The successful candidate will also support the coordination of contractors, respond to internal and external enquiries, and help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Department.
This role would suit someone with a positive, can‑do attitude who is keen to learn and contribute to a busy office environment. All applicants should have a strong and genuine interest in Creative Support’s values and activities.
