Role Overview
LVR is seeking a highly capable, commercially driven, and hands-on E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the performance of the brand’s digital channels and online sales.
This role requires someone who understands luxury and jewellery branding but is equally comfortable working within the detail of the business – from merchandising products on Shopify and reviewing analytics, to managing Klaviyo campaigns and overseeing external agencies and freelancers.
The successful candidate must be commercially accountable and understand how to drive measurable growth. They should be confident in taking ownership of e-commerce performance, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, while ensuring all marketing activity contributes positively to revenue and brand growth.
This is not a purely strategic position. We are looking for someone willing to get into the detail, execute tasks themselves, manage people effectively both upwards and downwards, and improve systems and performance across the business.
We are looking for someone proactive, commercially minded, and scrappy – someone who enjoys solving problems, figuring things out, and rolling their sleeves up in a fast-moving small business environment.
