Property Inventory Clerk – Onefive Property Services

Onefive is looking for a reliable, detail-driven Property Inventory Clerk to carry out property inspections and produce high-quality reports for landlords and letting agents across the M25.

This is a field-based role ideal for someone who is organised, independent, and confident working on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed property inventories, documenting condition of fixtures, fittings, and furnishings
• Take clear, comprehensive photographs to support reports
• Complete pre-tenancy inspections, ensuring properties are ready for move-in
• Carry out tenant check-ins, guiding tenants through reports and confirming property condition
• Manage check-outs, comparing against original inventories and recording any changes
• Submit accurate, professional reports within the timeframe given.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in property inventories (required)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written English
• Confident using mobile apps/tablets for reporting
• Well-organised with good time management
• Professional, clear communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and travelling across the M25
