Property & Compliance Officer Full Time NEW

Whether it is inspecting properties, reducing carbon emissions, helping people work safely or managing contractors, no two days in the Facilities Team are ever the same.
Operating a large charity like DWT always requires strong support to ensure it remains compliant, efficient and well run at all times. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join the team to help us in our mission to manage and maintain safe, environmentally sensitive and inspirational workplaces. The successful candidate does not need to be a property specialist, but be willing to learn how to manage properties, and should have experience of managing contractors, as well as a good knowledge of health and safety legislation. They must be an excellent, self-motivated team player, able to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will either have some experience of Carbon Reduction Strategies or be willing to learn new skills in this area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and improve iconic properties and working practices in some of the most beautiful parts of Devon, whilst making a meaningful contribution to the climate emergency at the same time.
This is a full-time, permanent post based at Cricklepit Mill, Exeter.
