SRG is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment to recruit a Project Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving capital investment and engineering excellence across site operations.

This is a high-impact position responsible for leading the Site Annual CapEx programme, delivering technical continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting new product introductions (NPD) through line trials and component changes. You’ll work cross-functionally and collaborate with global engineering leadership to optimise assets, drive efficiencies, and implement innovative solutions across multiple UK sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CapEx projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and user requirements are met
• Drive adoption of new and emerging technologies to enhance manufacturing performance
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and operational capability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through structured engineering projects
• Ensure robust project governance, documentation, and training for seamless production ramp-up
• Maintain full compliance with GMP standards, including DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and project support across sites

Requirement:

• Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
• Project Management qualification (APM PMQ or equivalent preferred)
• Strong HSE knowledge (NEBOSH desirable)
• Proven experience delivering multiple complex engineering projects independently
• Demonstrated leadership across projects, programmes, or portfolios with a strong delivery track record
