Role: Product Designer
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Product Designer to own the design of Joveo’s product
experiences end-to-end — from early user research and problem framing
through to polished, production-ready UI. You will be a full-cycle
designer who thinks in systems and ships work that is both beautiful
and deeply functional.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end design for product features — discovery, wireframing, and final UI
– Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions
– Build interactive prototypes to communicate and test design concepts quickly
– Collaborate with engineering, PM, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle
– Contribute to and evolve the product design system
– Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong portfolio showing full design process from research to shipped product
– Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
– Experience working as an embedded product designer within an engineering-led team
– Balance of UX thinking and high-quality visual UI execution
– Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent projects
– Familiarity with frontend implementation basics to support smooth engineering handoff
