Your Impact

• Strategic Process Mapping: Lead discovery sessions to identify and map high-friction points in the employee and customer journey.
• AI-Driven Transformation: Translate complex AI and automation concepts-including Generative AI, chatbots, and predictive analysis-into scalable solutions for internal teams.
• Next-Gen Workflow Automation: Re-engineer and automate routine tasks to drastically improve resolution speed and accuracy.
• Root-Cause Resolution: Identify and eliminate product or process blockers that cause employee or partner friction, ensuring measurable impact on service quality.
• Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the end to end implementation of automation projects, ensuring they are scalable, data validated, and aligned with our global service solution strategy.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise in Scale: 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations with a proven track record of process optimization and automation.
