Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in managing projects, ensuring they adhere to defined scope and project schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Contribute to project progress monitoring and assist in issue and risk management.
• Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
• Support the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to the identification of process improvements and best practices.
• Assist in data collection and analysis for project performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in project and program management
• Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
