Main duties of the jobProvide medicines management support within a GP practice (base practice to be confirmed). Undertake the Post‑Registration Foundation qualification with HEI/W. Work as a core member of the team within the GP practice, collaborating with other health and social care professionals to deliver services to patients. Improve the quality and effectiveness of medicines management across a range of settings. Provide patient‑focussed, prudent healthcare. Supervise pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants, less experienced pharmacists, foundation trainee pharmacists, and students.
