JOB TITLE: Player Care Administrator
LOCATION: Cobham Training Ground
CONTRACT: 12 Month FTC – 40 hours across any 7 days
The Opportunity
The Player Care Administrator will play a pivotal part in supporting the player care department, enabling the department to enhance the experience and development of our Academy players. The role will be responsible for oversight of the Host Family programme, including recruitment, ongoing monitoring, supporting development opportunities and reviews. The role will also be responsible for co-ordinating and organising better blues sessions and personal development initiatives for players. We’re excited to begin work on an Academy Alumni project, which this role will also become central too.
