You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and statutory compliance.The role involves managing an in house team of trades alongside external contractors, ensuring performance targets, quality standards and value for money are consistently achieved. A core element of the role will be overseeing works linked to the implementation of Awaab’s Law, including ensuring hazards are identified, managed and resolved within required timescales.You will be responsible for managing operational performance, compliance, risk and continuous improvement across your areas of responsibility.About The TeamThe Responsive Repairs team is committed to delivering high quality, customer focused services that keep residents safe and their homes well maintained.
