Salary: £47,433 per annum

We’re also proud to be at the forefront of change. We’re on a journey of transformation, finding new ways to support our customers – and our people.
If you’re looking for a career where you can learn new skills, try new things and shape your future, there’s a place for you at Accent.
About The Role
Do you want to lead projects that make a real difference to people’s homes and communities? Join us as a Planned Maintenance Project Manager and play a key role in improving the quality, safety, and longevity of our homes.
At Accent, our planned works programmes are about more than buildings, they’re about the people who live in them. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high‑value maintenance and investment projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
About The Role
You’ll take ownership of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion, managing regional budgets of £5–6 million. Working with a wide range of internal teams and around a dozen external contractors, you’ll ensure strong performance, excellent customer experience, and continuous improvement across our housing stock.
Your ability to balance technical delivery with customer engagement will be key. You’ll inspect works before, during, and after completion, manage risks, uphold health and safety standards, and communicate clearly with residents and stakeholders throughout the journey.
Planned Maintenance Project Manager Salary
The spot salary for this post is £47,433 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
You’ll also receive a car allowance starting at £1,250 per annum.
