Senior Legal Assistant Role – Excellent opportunity for development
In this role, you will work closely with the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel to provide support to the wider business.
Your duties will include:
- Dealing with all legal administration and corporate matters and maintaining legal files and database in good order;
- Corporate Secretary for the business entities (in the UK and ADGM);
- Preparing board packs and board minutes for the funds;
- Monitoring all corporate governance matters and ensuring any papers are prepared and submitted within strict deadlines;
- Dealing with KYC requests;
- Preparing financing documents between funds and Holdcos (notes, CPECs) based on existing templates and liaising with listing agents where appropriate;
- Assisting in the set-up of entities;
- Assisting in negotiating and drafting support documents for transactions and ordinary course of business agreements such as service provider contracts;
- Reviewing and preparing NDAs;
- Working with internal legal, compliance, risk, operations and business development teams ensuring accurate flow of information and meeting deadlines for various reporting and administration proceedings;
