Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Order Taker, located in Greater London with opportunities for remote work. The Order Taker will be responsible for managing customer orders, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring seamless processing of orders. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with customers, confirming order details, managing order statuses, and providing support for inquiries. Additional responsibilities may include collaboration with teammates for continuous improvement of processes and assisting sales efforts where required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Basic proficiency in Sales and customer service to address inquiries and support order placement.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions where necessary for order management processes.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage or related products is a plus for understanding client needs (if applicable).
• Organizational skills to handle high volumes of orders effectively and ensure timely delivery.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
• Prior experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is advantageous.
