The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and driven individual to join Markcon Limited on a part-time contract basis. This is a hands-on, people-facing role split equally between building school partnerships and growing our agent network across London.

You’ll be out in the field — visiting schools, delivering workshops, and onboarding new agents — so we need someone who thrives in an active, dynamic environment and takes real ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools across London to build and develop partnerships on behalf of Markcon Limited
• Plan, organise, and deliver engaging in-person workshops at partner schools
• Identify and approach prospective agents, pitching Markcon’s offer and onboarding new signings
• Maintain and grow relationships with both schools and agents over time
• Report regularly on outreach activity, leads, and progress
• Represent Markcon Limited professionally at all times in the field

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, proactive self-starter who takes initiative without being chased
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Comfortable delivering workshops to students and staff in school settings
• Experience in outreach, partnerships, sales, or education is a plus
• Well-organised and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline independently
• Based in London and able to travel across the city for in-person visits
• Passionate about education and making a tangible impact in the community
• A degree or equivalent experience in education, business, marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential
