Role Description
This is a full-time, primarily WFH Operations Support role – holiday cover – with occassional days working in our Central London office.
The Operations Support team member will be responsible for assisting in daily operational activities and managing tasks to meet business goals. This role includes communication and coordination with overseas offices and providng marketing support to the sales team.
The cover period is 1 June – 30 September 2026 (4 months).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to engage professionally with clients, overseas offices and production team
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) – this is a MUST
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar operations position
- Bachelor’s degree
