Job Title: Head of FP&A

Location: 3 days p/w on-site near Maidenhead (preference) or London

Eton Bridge Partners is working exclusively with a high-growth FTSE 250 services organisation to appoint their Head of FP&A. This position will be instrumental in building a best-in-class FP&A function that enhances decision-making and performance analysis across the business, playing a key role in the organisation’s continued success.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership and responsibility for all FP&A related activities across the business
• Develop and lead a high-performing and resilient FP&A team
• Enable decision-making and long-term growth through robust financial insight and planning
• Establish a KPI framework and performance dashboards to track business performance
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership providing strategic decision support and actionable insight to drive growth

Candidate profile:

• Proven FP&A experience within a large, complex organisation is essential
• A qualified accountant of graduate calibre (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
• Demonstrable experience building or scaling an FP&A function
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insight
