At Charles Taylor Wines, we specialise in sourcing and importing domaine-bottled wines from the finest estates in France. With our head office in central London and a base in Burgundy, we work with some of the UK’s most discerning wine buyers, representing an elite portfolio of family-owned estates.

We are seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Office and Marketing Manager to help ensure the seamless day-to-day running of our operations while supporting our marketing and promotional activities. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our team; ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in precision and enjoys contributing creatively to promote the fine estates that we work with.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

• Oversee daily office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
• Manage order processing and coordinate distribution, liaising with logistics partners.
• Provide administrative support to Head of Department.
• Support financial processes including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Maintain vendor relationships, office supplies, and equipment.

Marketing Management

• Develop and support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Organise tastings, promotional events and trade activities.
• Create email offers and print publications.
• Manage content for social media and website.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with marketing reporting and analysis.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone with the following qualities and experience: 

• Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for accuracy, order and efficiency.
• Strong IT skills, graphic design experience, Excel competency and Business Central knowledge an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organised.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good understanding of both customer service and internal operations.
• WSET qualifications are a plus.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK with fluent written and spoken English.
