You’ll collaborate closely across teams, have real ownership from day one and see the impact you have first-hand with flexible working to help you balance the needs of your role with the rhythm of your life.We’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work UK for seven consecutive years – most recently ranked 29th nationally, jumping 71 places in a single year.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn our internal file audit process, making necessary adjustments to drive good claims outcomes and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.Undertake detailed root cause analysis (RCA) against completed file audits and provide insight to key stakeholders.Collaborate with customer facing operations to ensure necessary remediation actions are completed, share file audit outcomes and RCA insight.Oversee the execution of our file audit process and monitor adherence to the framework.Identify trends, process issues and training needs and work with the relevant stakeholders to address.Support the creation of training & coaching material and its subsequent delivery.Complete a selection of audits at the appropriate line of defense.Support with the execution of internal & external audits when required.Contribute to continuous improvement activities, representing Technical Quality interests as appropriate.Line management responsibility of the Technical Quality team.Establish clear performance expectations, objectives and goals for direct reports.Regularly monitor team KPI’s and share performance insight with the relevant stakeholders.Regularly monitor individual performance, providing consistent feedback, recognition, and constructive evaluations.Undertake monthly one-to-one meetings and quarterly reviews with direct reports.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCEWe would love to hear from people with the following skills and experience for this role:Proven experience in the property claims industry, auditing or quality assurance.Experience in people management, KPI’s and performance managementExperience in analysing data and providing insight to stakeholders at all levelsIn-depth knowledge of good practice within the property claims industryIn-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworksExcellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindsetExcellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsDetail orientated with strong problem-solving skillsContinuous improvement mindsetAble to form opinions and make decisions objectively, free for personal biasesCustomer centric, focused on delivering good customer outcomesAble to work autonomously, as part of a team and independentlyBENEFITSWe want you to feel rewarded, supported and set up to thrive throughout your career with us.Learning and Growth: We invest in your development through structured learning, mentoring, buddying, on-the-job experience and cross-functional projects.
