Key Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will uphold Norse’s high safety standards while delivering exceptional in-flight service that exceeds customer expectations. You will handle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, think independently while contributing to a collaborative team, and manage a variety of situations in continuous contact with the public before, during, and after flights. Your role requires working both independently and as part of a team without supervision while ensuring that passengers receive outstanding care throughout their journey.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be 20 years of age and have completed education to a minimum level of High School or a comparable level. Fluency in English is required, and while previous B787 experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. The candidate must meet the physical requirements of the job, be at least 5ft 2inches (157 cm) or above, and be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters, float in water, and manage to help others. A valid passport with the right to work and live in the UK is necessary, and the candidate must be able to report within 90 minutes when on standby duty in London Gatwick (LGW). The candidate must have the legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Norse Atlantic Airways, be able to fly intercontinental routes, maintain a flexible schedule as flights operate 24/7/365, and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment testing, including a drug and alcohol test.
