Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to manage and oversee hotel operations during the overnight hours. This full-time on-site role, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, involves monitoring the night staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining safety and security, and addressing guest inquiries or issues. Responsibilities include overseeing daily closings, preparing night audit reports, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth transition to daytime operations. Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide night shift staff effectively
