About the NACFB
With more than 1,400 member brokerages, 180 patron lenders and 20+ partner suppliers, the NACFB (National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers) is the UK’s largest independent trade body for the intermediary-led commercial finance industry. About the role
We are looking for a customer-focused, highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our small but busy membership team. In this frontline role, you will be the main point of contact for enquiries so it’s imperative that you are confident and approachable when communicating over the phone. You will also attend to the administrative tasks required to support the smooth delivery of membership services. A varied and collaborative role, you will work closely with the team to process applications, manage membership lifecycle administration, and maintain accurate CRM records.
