Our connected monitoring and diagnostic solutions support clinicians across hospitals worldwide.About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Junior Medical Devices Representative to support sales growth and customer engagement across our London – South UK territory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early commercial experience, a strong clinical background, or a passion for medical technology who wants to build a career in healthcare sales.Working as part of the UK Sales Team, you will assist senior Account Managers, help support customer accounts, participate in product demonstrations, and develop your skills to progress into a full Account Manager role.Training, mentoring, and structured development will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Territory DevelopmentSupport the Account Manager in delivering sales objectives across the region.Assist in identifying new leads, opportunities, and key customer contacts.Help maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline updates, and activity reports.Contribute to territory planning and preparation of sales materials.Customer EngagementParticipate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow‑up visits.Build strong, professional relationships with clinicians, technicians, and hospital procurement staff.Support product evaluations and ensure customer queries are followed up promptly.Product Knowledge & TrainingBuild full competency in Spacelabs’ solutions through structured training.Assist in delivering basic product overviews and training sessions.Represent Spacelabs at regional exhibitions, workshops, and events.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Product Specialists, and Service Teams to support customer needs.Share customer insights and feedback to help improve sales strategy and product positioning.Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation standards, and quality guidelines.Qualifications & ExperienceEssentialDegree or equivalent experience in a healthcare, science, business, or technical field.Interest in medical devices and enthusiasm to develop a career in medical sales.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.Comfortable travelling across the territory.DesirableClinical background (e.g., Nursing, Physiology, Operating/Theatre Support, Biomedical Engineering).Previous experience in customer‑facing roles (clinical, commercial, or technical).Understanding of hospital workflows or acute care environments.Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales principles (e.g., SPIN/consultative selling).
