Role Highlights: 

The job role requires you to be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with plenty of online tools and software available to achieve and drive results. You will be required to work and collaborate closely with advisers within the firm to achieve business objectives. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support company objectives, including social media, promotions, and lead generation initiatives. 
• Lead the creation of compelling marketing content across various channels, including digital, social media, email and events, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. 
• Analyse consumer trends from working with advisers to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. 
• Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise strategies for continuous improvement. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, compliance, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and priorities. 
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive business results.

One of the hardest tasks for the firm is prospecting for new clients and being creative about ways to get in front of new niches. The support you provide will have a direct impact on the firm’s ability to grow and bring in new business. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effectively implementing branding and accurately communicating what the firm does, the services we offer, and who we are.  
• Analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. With plenty of tools at your disposal to help the firm reach new clients and new areas of financial planning, this is a results-driven job. The work stops when the client has been serviced to the best of our ability.

Qualifications 

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. 
• Experience in market research. 
• Strong social media background.  
• Customer service skills. 
• Sales & Marketing support skills. 
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively. 
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: proficiency in relevant softwares, knowledge of industry regulations, experience creating marketing materials, and a strong work ethic.
