The Role
As a Managing Engineer – Forward Deployed – you will operate with high individual, team and client ownership. You will be accountable for the day to day management of your project stakeholder relationship. Leading a team of engineers; who design solutions that unify complex data landscapes, build workflows that drive smarter decisions and partner with organisations to deliver sustainable transformation. Working directly with your clients, you will be the face of Decho, requiring a unique blend of technical mastery and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate complex environments. You will enable your deployment engineers to have creative freedom to architect solutions, working iteratively to build fast, demonstrate their work to clients and refine it based on real-time feedback.
