As our Management Accountant, you’ll lead the charge in producing accurate, timely financial reports, partner with teams across the business, and help shape the future of our global operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the production of monthly management accounts for key Group entities
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance commentary
• Prepare statutory accounts and coordinate with local advisors across jurisdictions
• Manage overseas tax filings with support from external experts
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and commercial appraisals
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for your areas of responsibility
• Support audits, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with policies and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) in the latter stages with previous management accounting experience
• Experience in financial or management accounting
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain financials to non-financial teams
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Bonus: Experience in a multinational environment or working with multiple currencies
