We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant to support senior members of our legal team. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring excellent administrative, communication, and coordination skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the legal function.Job DescriptionDay to day duties will include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive PA support to senior legal team members, including complex diary management and schedulingCoordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and supporting documentationAct as the first point of contact for the legal team, managing queries efficiently and professionallyManage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where requiredPrepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and legal documentsSupport the contract lifecycle process, including tracking, filing, and administrative coordinationArrange travel, meetings, and associated logisticsAssist with policy management, record keeping, audits and information requests Support the effective use of technology including AI-enabled tools and digital systems to improve efficiency and consistency across the wider legal team. QualificationsPrevious experience as a Legal Administrator, PA, or similar administrative role (legal environment preferred)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionExceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamAdditional Information22 days’ holiday per year (increasing to 25 after 1 year of service)Free onsite gym with classesFree Breakfast and Lunch in our onsite canteen “The Hangar”Cycle to Work SchemePrivate healthcare and Pension2x “giving back” charitable days a yearCheck us out on social media!
