This includes triaging incoming cases, booking surveyors and operatives when needed, and escalating cases to Resident Liaison Officers when necessary. You’ll also help ensure that our no access cases are handled smoothly while keeping customer records accurate and up to date. Your efforts will be invigorating in helping the Leaks, Condensation, Damp and Mould (LCDM) project run efficiently and in building optimistic relationships with our stakeholders, all while providing extraordinary service to our customers.
If you have at least a GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths, along with experience in busy environments, we’d love to hear from you! A solid background in administration is important, as is a good understanding of GDPR and how to handle confidential information. We’re looking for someone proficient in Microsoft Office and document control software, with excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills. Clear and confident communication, both written and spoken, is also key to this role.
