Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Program Director. The Program Director will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of academic programs, overseeing faculty and student performance, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience. The role includes developing and refining curricula, collaborating with industry experts, managing program-related budgets, and implementing strategies that foster student success. Additionally, this leader will drive innovation in online education, monitor program outcomes, and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in curriculum design, program development, and academic leadership
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in educational technology and remote learning platforms
• Excellent communication, team management, and relationship-building capabilities
• Passion for sustainability, technology, or entrepreneurship-related education
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, global teams in a remote work environment
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Management, or a related field strongly preferred
• Experience in higher education, online learning, or innovative teaching models is a plus
